If you experience any issues with your purchase, we will do our best to find a solution. Please review our refund policy below.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Electronic Communication and Transactions Act &amp; South African Consumer Protection Act, No 68 of 2008, you as a consumer are entitled to a general right to return for seven days after delivery, for any reason without penalty, the consumer however will be liable for the cost of returning the goods.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You are entitled to cancel any purchase of any product or service within 7 days (cooling-off period) from which they were delivered.<\/li>\n<li>Upon expiry of the \u201ccooling-off\u201d period no purchaser will be entitled to cancel any purchase.<\/li>\n<li>Goods need to be returned unused and in its original unopened packaging with all labels attached, within 7 days of receiving the item.<\/li>\n<li>Delivery charges for returning unwanted items within the \u201ccooling-off\u201d period (7 days) are for the purchaser's account.<\/li>\n<li>A refund will be affected to a purchaser exercising his right to cancel, within 30 days of cancellation, subject to any delivery costs that may be incurred in affecting the refund.<\/li>\n<li>Such refund will only take place when modernmomi receives your parcel subject to the above mentioned conditions.<\/li>\n<li>If you fail to comply with the provisions of this Returns Policy, we reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses.<\/li>\n<li>To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Conditions for Refunds or Replacements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Items must be in their original condition, undamaged, and with all parts included.<\/li>\n<li>Items that are damaged, missing parts, or altered for reasons not due to our error are ineligible for a refund or replacement.<\/li>\n<li>Proof of purchase (receipt) is required for all returns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Refund Process:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/li>\n<li>If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>Late or Missing Refunds:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>If you haven\u2019t received your refund:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First, check your bank account or credit card statement again.<\/li>\n<li>Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary.<\/li>\n<li>If you\u2019ve followed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at <a href=\"mailto:info@modernmomi.co.za\">info@modernmomi.co.za<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Non-Returnable &amp; Non-Refundable Items:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Due to the intimate nature of our products, used items cannot be returned or refunded.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Shipping for Returns:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>To initiate a return, please contact <a href=\"mailto:info@modernmomi.co.za\">info@modernmomi.co.za<\/a> for shipping instructions.<\/li>\n<li>You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and if you are granted a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.<\/li>\n<li>Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Defective Products:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A product defect is any material flaw in manufacturing or a characteristic that makes the product less acceptable than what would reasonably be expected.<\/p>\n<p>The following issues are <strong>not considered defects<\/strong> and do not qualify for returns:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Normal wear and tear<\/li>\n<li>Damage caused by negligence, misuse, or incorrect operation<\/li>\n<li>Damage due to electrical surges or sea air corrosion<\/li>\n<li>Damage from moisture or milk entering the motor unit<\/li>\n<li>Failure to properly care for the product<\/li>\n<li>Unauthorized alterations to the product<\/li>\n<li>Situations where the product\u2019s specifications are accurate but do not meet your personal preferences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Reporting Damaged Products on Delivery:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>If your product arrives damaged or is missing parts, please report the issue to us at <a href=\"mailto:info@modernmomi.co.za\">info@modernmomi.co.za<\/a> within 3 days of receiving the item. Breakages not reported within this time-frame will not be eligible for a refund.
