It applies solely to the original owner and <strong>cannot be transferred<\/strong>.<\/p><p><strong>Coverage<\/strong><br \/>This warranty covers defects in the <strong>pump motor<\/strong> only. Please note that <strong>moisture damage<\/strong> to the motor unit is <strong>not<\/strong> covered. Ensure all components are completely dry before assembling and operating your pump.<\/p><p>In the event that a defect in materials or workmanship arises during the warranty period, please contact us at <strong><a href=\"mailto:info@modernmomi.co.za\">info@modernmomi.co.za<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><p><strong>Shipping Instructions<\/strong><br \/>If your product is faulty, it must be shipped to the address provided. Please be aware that:<\/p><ul><li>You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.<\/li><li>We recommend using a <strong>trackable shipping service<\/strong> or purchasing <strong>shipping insurance<\/strong>, as modernmomi is not liable for lost packages.<\/li><li>Shipping times for replacement products may vary depending on your location.<\/li><\/ul><p>Upon receiving and inspecting the product, we will proceed with repair or replacement (subject to availability and feasibility).<\/p><p><strong>Warranty Exclusions<\/strong><br \/>The warranty does not cover:<\/p><ul><li>Normal wear and tear.<\/li><li>Damage due to negligence, misuse, or improper handling.<\/li><li>Damage from electrical surges or sea air corrosion.<\/li><li>Moisture or milk entering the motor unit.<\/li><li>Insufficient care or maintenance of the product.<\/li><li>Unauthorized modifications or alterations.<\/li><li>Situations where the product, though accurately described and fit for its intended purpose, does not meet personal preferences.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>After the Warranty Period<\/strong><br \/>If you experience any issues with your product after the warranty has expired, feel free to contact us at <strong><a href=\"mailto:info@modernmomi.co.za\">info@modernmomi.co.za<\/a><\/strong> for assistance.
