Description

The MY-375 breast pump is a compact, rechargeable wearable pump designed to make expressing more flexible. It fits inside your bra without external tubes or wires, allowing you to pump while at home, working, travelling or taking care of your everyday routine.

Four pumping modes and 12 adjustable levels allow you to personalise each session. Suction can be adjusted up to 300 mmHg, giving you a wide range of settings to help you find a level that feels comfortable and effective.

Flexible pumping for everyday life

The integrated 210 ml milk collector means there are no external collection bottles to carry. The digital display makes it easy to view the selected mode, suction level and pumping time during your session.

The pump also remembers your previously used mode and level, while the automatic 20-minute shut-off helps keep pumping sessions manageable. Its rechargeable 1200 mAh battery and USB-C charging make it a practical option for pumping at home or while you are away.

Different flange sizes included

Correct flange fit can make an important difference to comfort and milk expression. The MY-375 includes both a 19 mm and 21 mm flange insert, allowing more mothers to achieve a suitable fit without purchasing an insert separately.

A bra extender, spare duckbill valve and silicone milk-pour plug are also included, giving you a more complete setup from the start.

Please note: This product is sold as one complete single breast pump. Two units are required if you would like to pump both breasts simultaneously.

Pumping Modes

Pumping Modes

The MY-375 breast pump offers four modes to support different stages and preferences during a pumping session.

1. Massage Mode
Uses a quicker, gentler rhythm designed to prepare the breast and encourage milk let-down before expression.

2. Pumping Mode
Provides a steady expression rhythm for regular milk collection and everyday pumping sessions.

3. Inverter Pumping Mode
Alternates between faster and slower pumping rhythms, providing a varied expression pattern during your session.

4. Automatic Mode
Automatically increases through the suction levels before returning to the first level and repeating the cycle.

Finding a comfortable suction level

Begin on a low suction level and increase it gradually until the suction feels effective but still comfortable. The strongest setting is not always the most effective setting for every mother.

Pumping should not be painful. If you experience pinching, rubbing or discomfort, reduce the suction and check that your nipple is centred correctly and that you are using a suitable flange size.

Cleaning & Care

Cleaning & Care

Before first use

Wash your hands and clean all washable milk-contact parts before using the MY-375 breast pump for the first time. The motor unit must not be washed, submerged or sterilised.

After every pumping session

  1. Switch off the pump and carefully separate the motor from the milk collector.
  2. Disassemble the silicone shield, flange insert, milk collector, duckbill valve, airbag/diaphragm, T-junction connector and silicone plug.
  3. Rinse the milk-contact parts with clean water that is safe for drinking.
  4. Wash them using warm water, mild dishwashing liquid and a clean, dedicated washing basin or container.
  5. Rinse thoroughly and allow every component to air-dry completely on a clean surface.
  6. Reassemble the pump only once all parts are completely dry.

Protecting the pump and silicone parts

Wipe the motor unit with a clean, slightly damp cloth

Never immerse or rinse the motor unit under water

Do not place the motor unit in a steriliser

Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals

Do not insert brushes or sharp objects into the duckbill valve

Check the valve and diaphragm regularly for damage or wear

Suction tip: Worn, damaged, incorrectly fitted or damp silicone components can affect the pump’s suction. Check that every part is completely dry and properly sealed before use.

Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting

The pump does not switch on

Make sure the battery is charged and long-press the power button for approximately two seconds. Use a suitable 5V/1A power adapter when charging.

The pump cannot be operated while it is connected to the charger. Disconnect the charging cable before attempting to switch it on.

Weak or no suction

If the suction feels weaker than usual, check the following:

The motor unit is fitted securely onto the milk collector

The silicone breast shield is completely sealed around the collector

The airbag/diaphragm and T-junction connector are fitted correctly

The duckbill valve is fully attached and is not split, stretched or damaged

All silicone parts are clean and completely dry

Your nipple is centred and the flange forms a secure seal against your breast

Duckbill valves and diaphragms naturally wear with repeated use. Replace damaged or worn silicone parts if the suction does not improve after reassembly.

Pumping feels uncomfortable

Reduce the suction level and check that your nipple is centred correctly. Your nipple should move freely inside the flange tunnel without rubbing or pinching.

Try the 19 mm or 21 mm insert if the standard breast shield feels too large. The bra should hold the pump securely without pressing it too tightly against your breast.

Milk is leaking

Keep the collector upright while pumping and avoid lying down or bending over. Check that the breast shield, silicone plug, duckbill valve and diaphragm are fitted securely.

Monitor the milk level during use and stop pumping before it reaches the maximum 210 ml marking.

The display has gone dark

The display switches off after approximately 30 seconds without button activity to conserve battery power. Press any control button to wake the display. This does not mean that the pump has stopped operating.

Milk or moisture reaches the motor

Switch the pump off immediately and do not continue using or charging it. Do not open, rinse or submerge the motor unit. Contact modernmomi for assistance before using the pump again.

How to Use

How to Use

Before pumping

  1. Make sure the pump is charged and that all washable components are clean and completely dry.
  2. Fit the duckbill valve, T-junction connector and airbag/diaphragm securely inside the milk collector.
  3. Attach the silicone breast shield and make sure it forms a complete seal around the collector.
  4. Select the 19 mm or 21 mm flange insert if required and fit it securely inside the breast shield.

Starting a pumping session

  1. Place the pump inside a supportive nursing bra. Use the supplied bra extender if additional room is needed.
  2. Centre your nipple inside the flange tunnel and press the shield gently against your breast to create a secure seal.
  3. Keep the milk collector upright and long-press the power button for approximately two seconds.
  4. The pump starts in Massage Mode. Press the mode button to move between Massage, Pumping, Inverter and Automatic modes.
  5. Use the + and – buttons to adjust the suction gradually until it feels effective but comfortable.
  6. Monitor the milk level and stop pumping before the milk reaches the maximum 210 ml marking.

The pump switches off automatically after approximately 20 minutes. You can also long-press the power button to end the session earlier.

After pumping

  1. Switch off the pump before removing it from your bra.
  2. Keep the collector upright and carefully separate the motor unit.
  3. Pour the expressed milk through the milk outlet into a suitable feeding bottle or breast-milk storage container.
  4. Disassemble and clean all milk-contact parts after use.

Flange fit and comfort

Your nipple should be centred and able to move freely inside the tunnel

The flange should form a secure seal without pinching or rubbing

Only a small amount of surrounding breast tissue should be drawn into the tunnel

Reduce the suction or try another insert if pumping feels uncomfortable

Important: Avoid lying down, bending over or tilting the collector significantly while pumping, as this could cause milk to leak or reach the motor area.
